Not to brag butttt we’re kinda a big deal 😎🤘🏾. Nearly totaled key west rebuild!!

We acquired a duplicate Key West. Built a plug off of it and built a mold from the plug. Sectioned in the new mold and did our glass and Gelcoat. Next was creating the nonskid to the factory look.

While the boat was cut open we built the inner hull lip to hold shape and then removed the damaged glass from the outside of the hull. Added the new layers of fiberglass and ground to shape. Filled and faired, high build primer, and finally 545 epoxy primed. Sanded the entire boat, primed and painted.
