08/25/2026 Notice received from FULTON COUNTY EMO / FIRE (NY)
BRIDGE CLOSURE - The Mayfield Bridge that goes over the spillway between the Great Sacandaga and the Mayfield Lake has been closed by NYSDOT. The closure wil begin 7:00 am on 8/26 and last until further notice. See Attached.

Thank you to everyone that helped clean our two mile stretch of Route 30 today and those that that we heard were doing it last week too. We love the extra effort these girls were taking to get the trash in the wetlands! The picture is missing some that had prior commitments and left before before the camera was out. We appreciate everyone’s help keeping the community looking a little bit nicer!!

05/02/2026 - Thank you to everyone that mentioned attending today. Remember to wear long sleeves and boots if possible. The sides of the road may be damp and those darn ticks are strong this year. We will have spray and will meet at the rest area by B&B Equipment at 9:30 am. See you there!!

It's that time of year again - we will be cleaning our stretch of State Highway 30 on May 2nd starting at 9:30 am. Thank you to those who have already been spotted cleaning some of the road and to those asking for this years date. We will meet at the rest area just north of B&B Equipment. Plan to join us for lunch after also - hope to see you there!
