🚨 MAAK COMMUNITY INPUT NEEDED! 🚨

We’re kicking around TWO new service ideas for MAAK Transportation, and before we build them out, we want to know…

WOULD YOU ACTUALLY USE THEM? 👀

💜 IDEA #1: Women’s Night Rides

A female-driver, women-only transportation option for evening/nighttime rides.

We’re especially thinking about our local college communities and those nights when you want to go out, but you want to KNOW you have a safe ride home.

➡️ Flat-rate pricing
➡️ Female driver
➡️ Women-only rides
➡️ Evening/night availability

Would this be something you—or your daughter, sister, friend, roommate, etc.—would use?

*We will eventually offer this for Males with a male driver as well!*

💙 IDEA #2: “Get Me & My Car Home”

You go out to dinner, meet friends, or have an unexpected change of plans…and realize you’re no longer in a safe condition to drive.

Instead of leaving your vehicle behind and figuring out how to get back to it the next day, the idea would be for two MAAK drivers to come to you.

One driver would take YOU home in your vehicle, while the second driver follows in the MAAK vehicle (or vice versa) and brings our driver back.

Basically: You get home safely AND your car gets home with you.

Would this be a service you’d actually pay for?

👇 WE WANT HONEST ANSWERS!

Comment 1, 2, BOTH, or NEITHER below.

And if you have thoughts on either idea—pricing, hours, concerns, things you’d want included, etc.—TELL US!

We’re a small local business, and we’d rather build services our community actually wants than assume we know what you need. 💜💙

These are currently ideas we are exploring, not services currently available. Any new service would be subject to applicable insurance, licensing, safety, and operational requirements.

🚐 NOT ALL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ARE THE SAME.

And that’s okay. Different transportation services meet different needs.

Rideshare and taxi services provide an important option for everyday transportation, offering convenience and flexibility for passengers.

Dedicated Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers, like MAAK Transportation, approach transportation with additional considerations.

Our services are designed with an understanding that transportation can be a critical part of someone’s access to healthcare, independence, and overall well-being.

💜 WHAT SETS MAAK APART?

🛡️ COMMERCIALLY-INSURED OPERATIONS
MAAK maintains more than required, commercial insurance, registered with the State of Illinois, for our transportation business, reflecting our commitment to responsible operations.

📅 APPOINTMENT-FOCUSED SCHEDULING
We understand the importance of coordinating transportation around medical appointments, treatments, scheduled services, and being there on time💪🏻

🤝 PERSON-CENTERED/ TRAUMA-INFORMED SERVICE
Every passenger has unique circumstances. Compassion, dignity, and respectful communication are at the heart of how we serve.

🌾 RURAL COMMUNITY FOCUS
We understand the transportation challenges faced by individuals and families in rural communities, where transportation options can sometimes be limited.

🏥 AGENCY & FACILITY COORDINATION
We work with organizations and facilities to help arrange transportation, communicate trip details, and support continuity of service.

We’re not here to replace every transportation option.

We’re here to provide another option for people who need one.

Because transportation isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Neither are the people who depend on it.

Did you know?

Transportation can be a major barrier to accessing healthcare, employment, appointments, and other essential services, especially in rural communities.

That’s one of the reasons MAAK Transportation exists.

We believe getting where you need to go shouldn’t have to be the hardest part of your day.

Safe. Reliable. Compassionate.

That’s MAAK 💜🩵
