Nicki’s days begin early with breakfast and meditation, followed by emails, LinkedIn messages, and prospecting. By mid-morning, she’s connecting with agents, answering questions, and starting conversations that can shape someone’s next big move. 📞

Unlike W2 recruiting, where roles need to be filled quickly, agent recruiting is about timing, trust, and relationships. Agents aren’t just looking for a job — they’re evaluating what’s best for their business and their customers.

“It’s one of the most challenging roles in recruiting — you’re selling to sellers,” Nicki says. “But once you build that trust, everything changes.”

As we scaled our brokerage, we recognized early on that building a strong LTL offering would be essential to supporting agents with diverse books of business and creating a truly competitive multi-modal platform.
