Young Aviators Program — Third Class Registration Closing Soon!
The Young Aviators Program at Semper Flight Aviation Center is gearing up for its third FREE ground school class, and the registration deadline is October 30. A few spots remain for youth ages 8–15 who are ready to discover the world of aviation, but they will fill up fast.
This program is about much more than learning to fly. Our Young Aviators are introduced to:
Aviation & Flight — learning the fundamentals and developing the knowledge and skills needed to become safe, confident aviators.
Discipline & Responsibility — understanding that aviation requires preparation, focus, accountability, and attention to detail.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving — learning how to think ahead, make good decisions, and work through challenges.
Leadership & Teamwork — developing confidence, communication, leadership skills, and the ability to work as a team.
Hands-On Aviation Experience — students will participate in monthly workshops, observe aircraft maintenance performed by certified A&Ps and IAs, learn how airports operate, and discover what it takes to properly maintain an aircraft for safe flight.
Quarterly Airport Lock-Ins — students will have the opportunity to camp out at the Flight Center for some good old-fashioned fun, team-building, and unforgettable experiences.
And yes… there will be plenty of FLYING and FUN!
Our goal is to create an environment where young people can learn, grow, make lifelong friends, build confidence, and become part of a team—all while discovering the incredible world of aviation.
If your child has an interest in airplanes, aviation, leadership, or simply wants to be part of something special, we’d love to have them join us!
