V&M Farms Trucking was founded by Mike Leer in 1973 and began as grain haulers.In 1995 his 2 sons Chad and Mick joined the compA In the late 1970’s they moved in the re**er business hauling exempt commodities and refrigerated loads. As a small family owned company our open-door management policy for our drivers provides access anytime to management to support you. We are competitive in our industry with a full benefits package of health care, paid vacations and sign-on bonus after your first year and more. We have over 30 power units and 75 trailers serving the food processing industry, with mostly “no touch” loads. We are dedicated to our driver’s success and would love to include you in our family!
