We have numerous dues from 2017-2018, 2016 - 2017 as well as 2015 - 2016, that were not paid.

In order for the the lawn at front to be maintained, you will need to send in your dues.

The post below is from a friends page that lives in Geenback...... Please be cautious should they make their way into our neighborhood....

GREENBACK/FRIENDSVILLE AREA:
There's a black suburban riding around with one woman and 4 men.. they lady comes to the door and is very nice apparently speaking to you and trying to make her way into your house with friendliness... asking very bizarre questions while the guys roam your property looking for things to take or I'm assuming what they can get from inside your house. I only know because this happened to friends of mine tonight! Apparently they have hit 76 cities in two days and are part of child trafficking and robbery. The FBI is also involved. Be aware of your surroundings! They also let the sheriffs department know and they are currently looking for them!

Warm Weather
Hope everyone is able to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather we are having.

Now that the weather is warm and staying so for the most part, children and neighbors are out more. Please watch out for the children playing and our neighbors that enjoy getting out to walk.

Parents, please talk with your children about being respectful to our neighbors yards. Some spend a lot of time planting and seeding their yards and prefer that people/children do not walk through them and crumple the flowers down.

Although there is no speed limit posted, speed should not be over 25-30. We have severl complaints of traffice going well over 30. Please be aware of your speed when entering the subdivision.

Animals.... Some have furbabies and some do not and that perfectly ok. If you walk you furbabies, please clean up after them and do not allow them to use the bathroom in your neighbors yard and/or on their flowers. Neighbors work hard to keep their yards looking nice. Also, if you have cats, please keep them in at night so they do not roam the neighborhood or claw on neighbos window and rip thei window screens.

Please secure your vehicles and personal belongings at night. Neighboring subdivision had some vehicles broken into a few nights ago. The police has been patrolling during the night in our subdivision.
