As my business continues to grow, I want to ensure every client receives the personalized service and attention they deserve. To help me do that, I've updated a few of my business policies.

📩 Business Hours & Response Times
Booking requests, quote requests, emails, text messages, and social media messages received after normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays** will be responded to the next business day during normal business hours. I value my time with my family just as much as I value yours, and I appreciate your understanding as I maintain healthy work-life boundaries.

🗓️ Vacation Quotes Require Advance Notice
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for vacation quotes. More complex itineraries, custom vacations, or larger groups may require up to 5 business days to ensure every detail is thoroughly researched.

✈️ Airfare Booked Separately
If you choose to book airfare on your own or outside of a travel package I arrange, you will be responsible for all airline-related matters, including:
• Flight tracking
• Schedule changes
• Delays and cancellations
• Check-in
• Airline communication
• Travel requirements

Because I do not manage independently booked airfare, I cannot provide support for those reservations.

⏰ Last-Minute Travel Requests
Effective immediately, I will no longer accept new travel planning requests for trips departing in less than 6 weeks. Planning ahead allows me to provide the exceptional level of service my clients deserve.

🤝 Working Together
I do not compete with other travel advisors. Every itinerary I create represents hours of research, planning, and expertise. If you're requesting quotes from multiple travel advisors, I respectfully ask that you decide who you'd like to work with before requesting a proposal. I believe the best client relationships are built on trust, not competition.

✨ Behind every vacation I book is a story I'll never forget.

People often think I'm just booking trips, but what many don't see is that I get a front-row seat to some of life's most beautiful milestones.

I've celebrated with clients as they planned bachelorette weekends, destination weddings, and dream honeymoons. I've cried happy tears over pregnancy announcements, helped plan relaxing babymoons, and then cheered them on as they took that first big adventure as a family of three—walking nervous parents through every step because I remember what it feels like to want everything to go perfectly.

Somewhere along the way, so many of my clients stopped being "clients" and became friends.
