BSH Pollinating

BSH Pollinating Beck's Superior Hybrids is a seed corn company. Pollinating is in the research department and is an essential part of corn breeding!

We are located at the former Ottilie Seed facility north of Marshalltown on Highway 14. Pollinating with Beck's Hybrids is a great way to earn some cash over the summer! Pollinators will work in a corn nursery and pollinate selected rows of corn. Usually the season lasts from the beginning of July to the beginning of August. Hours will fluctuate with the weather, but will usually start at 7 am eac

h day and end around 4-5 pm each day. (Some days may end earlier, depending on the corn.) Transportation to and from work is not provided by Beck's but transportation to the fields will be. It's a lot of fun, a lot of money and keeps you outside enjoying the summer weather!
