Retail diesel prices dropped again for the fifth straight week.

The DOE/EIA benchmark is now at $5.21 per gallon, giving carriers some short-term fuel cost relief.

But the pressure is not gone. Fuel markets are still reacting to uncertainty after military action against Iran began in March, while U.S. oil inventories have fallen for 10 straight weeks.
