Dennis is a true professional when it comes to trailer maintenance.

More recently, Dennis has also been focused on toll avoidance, achieving an impressive 100% toll savings. He has a remarkable ability to succeed at anything he sets his mind to. With this recognition, Dennis earns a $250 bonus, a DOM shirt, and a commemorative book—plus, his photo will be displayed in Operations! This recognition also makes Dennis eligible for the 2026 Driver of the Year award, where, if he wins, he would be eligible for a $1,000 award at our End-of-Year Luncheon!

Enhanced Pay. Stronger Future.

We recently rolled out an updated pay package for our Regional & OTR drivers. Within the first 6 weeks of the rollout, we found that drivers are earning 5.7% more in pay on average!

Some of the additions included:

• Short haul pay
• Chicago metro pay
• Weekly safety incentives
• Other pay enhancements tied to the day-to-day realities of the job
• Plus, an Operational Bonus launching in July

We know the small things add up over time. Continuing to invest in drivers and listening to what matters on the road will always be important to us!
