our trips. Spirit I offers 3 hour excursions to Sombrero Reef to explore the majestic reef and marine life in the heart of the Florida Keys. Trips leave from Captain Pips on 15th Street at 9 am and 1 pm daily, $59 per person

Spirit Tiki offers 3 hour sandbar trips to our private island off of the 7 mile bridge! Trips leave from Captain Pips on 15th street, 9:30 and 1:30 pm daily. Explore the little island, snorkel around the beach, or just float in the water, laid back with a cold one! Bring your water shoes! $69 per person

Spirit III offers 3 hour sandbar trips to the popular "Valhalla" sandbar, leaving from the Key Colony Beach Marina location at 9 am and 1 pm. $89 per person

We also offer sunset tours from both locations, times vary depending on sunset times. Once the days lengthen, we will start back up the ever popular Sunset Snorkel trips! Call or check our website for the current sunset offerings and times. Book your tour today! We can't wait to see you!

The wind finally died down, and it looks like prime conditions at the reef this weekend! Visibility is excellent, and seas are calm, so come on out and join us!
$67 per person includes gear, chips, water, Coke products, Coronas and White Claws; no alcohol until you are done snorkeling.
Trips leave the dock - down at Capt Pips on 15th St in Marathon - at 9 am, 1 pm, and then 5 pm for our sunset snorkel.

Yesterday’s calm weather sure helped to clear up the visibility out here at Sombrero! It is a beautiful morning, and the turtles have been visiting the swim area 😍
Come join us for try afternoon session, boat leaves the dock at 1 pm!

It was another beautiful afternoon out at Sombrero! Spotted Eagle Rays and dolphins, tons of fish ,as always - and then we spotted the rare and elusive “wandering buoy” drifting off to the north of the light 😂🛟🐬
Our friends at NOAA do their best to keep things nice for us all, so we love when we can return the favor! Hopefully we can get “SO 21” home soon, so NOAA can get it back in action 🏝️🐠🤿😎

In spite of a little chop, the visibility out at the reef today was fantastic! Tomorrow’s forecast shows very little wind and super calm seas - looks like an epic day to get out and snorkel!

Yesterday was just spectacular! The visibility was just crystal clear, lots of turtles, dolphins at sunset, and then - to top it all off - we watched the super moon rise over the gulf as we came in from the sunset cruise. Just amazing!!

What a beautiful weekend we had!! Not just the primo conditions out at Sombrero reef, but we found some dolphins hanging around Boot Key throughout the weekend. We also spotted a huge manta ray as we left the reef on Saturday, an unusual but awesome sighting! We stopped to check him out, and he hung out with us for a bit 🤩
We always keep an eye out to get you guys a little something extra along the way! $59 per person, includes refreshments. Find us down on 15th Street in Marathon, and catch the Spirit!! 😎🐠🤿🐬
