We made crepes this year for National Employee Appreciation!

There are regular classes at the French Creperie, and you can also reserve the space for private events. Our menu included both savory and sweet crepes—everything was delicious!
(We missed you, Hannah & Mackenzie😘)

We are a strong, dynamic, and talented all-female team that’s thriving! Together, we’ve built a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can shine and succeed. We had so much fun celebrating National Employee Appreciation Day March 8th. BONUS! It was also International Women’s Day. (We missed you, Katie.)

From overcoming challenges to celebrating wins, our collective effort shows that greatness doesn’t have a gender – it’s all about skill, passion, and dedication. This team is not just about getting things done – it’s about creating a lasting impact and proving that women are leading the way in every field.

We couldn’t be prouder! Alicia, the daughter of our very own Brittany Walleman, is a senior in high school and had never wrestled until this year. One day, she decided to give it a shot, and here she is pictured after placing 3rd at Regionals. This weekend, she’s headed back to compete in Sectionals, with the potential to make history as the first senior to qualify for State in her first year of wrestling in Illinois. As a certified woman-owned, 100% women-operated business, we’re especially proud of this brave young woman. It took incredible courage and confidence to dive into something so new. We're rooting for her!

91% – That’s not her score (though it would be a great one!) – it’s the percentage of time Tracy Amelung has been with us at R & S Delivered. Out of our 11 years in business, Tracy has been with us for 10. I still remember interviewing her like it was just yesterday.

Tracy is fiercely loyal, driven, dependable, dedicated, determined, competitive, and funny. And did I mention she refuses to let an Excel formula beat her? 👏

Happy Workiversary, Lynn Tracy ! Here’s to many more years of success and growth together!

This month we celebrated Tara & Brittany's seventh anniversary with the company!

The ship would likely sink without our COO Tara Armstrong! She is a quiet force to be reckoned with and, with 26+ years of experience, knows the transportation industry inside and out. She is CARING, LOYAL, DEDICATED, BRILLIANT, EASY-GOING, ENCOURAGING, GENEROUS, and RESOURCEFUL. She is a master at RFQs! Tara makes our company better every day.

Brittany Walleman knew little about transportation when she joined us, but she was like a sponge absorbing information at every opportunity. Brittany was promoted to Customer Account Manager in no time. She can quote a load faster than any other team member (IYes, they compete!) and is RELIABLE, CHEERFUL, FLEXIBLE, HONEST, DEDICATED, ALWAYS POSITIVE, and a little ORNERY.

Happy 7th workiversary, ladies!

Teamwork at its dirtiest! In the mud and muck, we found strength through each other. WE DID IT! It was incredible seeing women from all walks of life---friends, family, coworkers, and strangers---encouraging & helping each other. There were girls from six to sixty channeling their MudGirl power. The power of women united cannot be stopped!

It's been three years today since we lost the incomparable R in R & S Delivered. Russ Schultz was always in the forefront, the face of R & S if you will. He was the best salesman I've ever known. Speaking as the S in R & S, it's never been about me. For 10 years I've managed the less glamorous, least fun background stuff. I can testify with certainty that the "DELIVERED" part of R & S Delivered is what REALLY matters. DELIVERED is our team. DELIVERED is our powerhouse women. DELIVERED is Katie Cole, Alyssa Murphy, Shanna Sykes, Hannah Dill, Brittany Walleman, Tracy Amelung, Cindy Meyers, and Tara Armstrong. DELIVERing exceptional service with fun & respect is what they do day in and day out. We feel Russ's absence daily; no one feels it more than I -- the S.
