Our local NJ auto hauling company has been in business for 18 years and is looking for experienced drivers that have 5, 6 and 7 Car Hauler experience and someone with a strong work ethic that wants to work with a company that they can grow with. This position requires a driver that's consistently willing to safely transport vehicles. Safety is key for this position. We require drivers to follow all regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Percentage of completed loads, paid on a weekly basis
Requirements:
• Strong honest work ethic and team player is a MUST.
• Operate commercial vehicle obeying all company, federal, state laws and regulations.
• Must be able to secure the load.
• Must obey all laws and regulations.
• Maintain records of loads.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be available to haul at least 18 vehicles (2-3 complete trips) per day.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Available to start at 8am.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have at least 1 years of class A or B driving experience.
• Must have 1 year 5 and/or 7, 9 car hauler experience.
• Must have a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Federal DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a good driving record with no recent accidents or DUI.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Experience:
• Load Securement: 1 years (Required)
• CDL Class A or B experience (required)
• Clean MVR (Required)
• Manual International Truck (preferred)
Expectations:
• Driver is to greet ALL customers with a positive attitude and demonstrate good customer service.
• Driver is contracted to drive the provided company truck and is responsible for the cargo and any damages that they incur while in transit and will notify the manager on duty ASAP.
• Driver will notify the manager immediately on duty of any mechanical issues so it can be arranged to get fixed with limited down time and for safety before an accident occurs.
• Driver will be required to travel to various locations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York (most locations are within half hour to 3 hrs. max of truck yard).
• Loads consist of new and used cars to and from auction, dealerships and other locations.

Our fleet of 6 trucks seeks a Car Puller/Auto Transport Valet to locate and organize vehicles from Adesa NJ and Manheim NJ auto auction(s) so our drivers can quickly load and deliver the vehicles as well as unload and have assistance bringing the vehicles through security. We are seeking an individual(s) that lives close to the auction(s) in the Bordentown or Manville NJ area.
Requirements:
Willing to work outside in all types of weather; is quick on their feet, able to use a smart phone with ease, app savy and able to use an app or website to locate a vehicle in a parking lot, can organize envelopes to place keys for specific vehicles going to the specified dealership locations, can easily get in and out of vehicles quickly, are efficient and demonstrate good time management, able to jump vehicles using jump box; Manual (stick shift) driving; Capable of driving larger vehicles such as
F-350s and vans. Clean NJ State driver's license record - Personal DMV abstract required.

Training will be provided to demonstrate the process of using the apps to locate vehicles and to learn the lots and how the vehicles get processed through security.

Anticipated schedule: Monday through Friday
10am ish - 6pm ish and some Saturday work is possible. Please be responsible, punctual, honest, personable, attentive to detail, eager to work, drive cautiously, positive and a team player!

$15/hour for pulling vehicles out of the auction
$3/vehicle bringing in through security
