First thing first. A huge thanks to all of your support.
Next an update. Gloucester County has filed suit against me for not accepting their ridiculous offer. The assigned Judge has appointed a 3 person panel that is charged to review both sides.
As you can easily imagine the legal bill is climbing. And will go much higher as this process grinds on.
Gloucester County and their high powered law firm has not given in. Not one cent more.
I am not going to back down.
My hope is the appointed panel and judge see through this horrible intimidation effort.

Anyone ever make an OPRA request from Gloucester County? I recntly submitted the online form asking for their public records for the Rte 45/Bridgeton Pk intersection. It was denied.

All 5 lawn signs on the Harrison Av side were stolen over the weekend. Can't wait to check the cameras.
Maybe Wawa is getting really annoyed.

Hello, Gloucester County and Wawa want to widen the intersection. They made an insultingly low offer. The plan includes taking a large swath of land on both the rte 45 and Harrison Rd. sides. Includes removal of all the trees seen in the video. The high powered attorneys are pressuring me with no movement of the low ball offer. They've even threatened me with Eminent Domain. To fight this I've already spent thousands. And will need to spend a lot more. I'm not anti progress. But it's horribly unfair when Wawa has the County, and their huge law firm pushing around regular folks.

Asking if anyone can help. There is a magnificent very old oak tree on the far southwest corner of the property. Bordering on Harrison Av..
The construction will require removal.
Can you put us in touch with an individual or organization that can explain more about the possibility of preserving it?

Very interesting...from a very reliable source I'm told Gloucester County is saying the intersection was going to be widened without the new Wawa. So it's merely coincidence that now they have a fat wallet developer being paid by wawa that it's finally time!? Or are they tinkling on my leg and trying to say it's raining.
Anyone else believe it's just rain?
