I am always seeing "who hires 15 year old's" if you are a 15 year old and actually want to work, I need help tomorrow loading firewood in a truck. Shalersville location near Save 4 Store. This is something that could turn into long term work as I own KM Service LLC. and we are always in need help. Firewood outside in the cold tomorrow maybe sorting parts in the warm shop or cleaning the pig pen the next time. Old military generator that we are resurrecting . Has been sitting for over thirty years. I actually started working on this back in the early 90's then it became not important and was sealed up and put under the shelf in my shop. Had a hole in a cylinder wall. Tore it down and had Larry Solak (Solak Automotive) sleeve all the cylinders and service the head. Recently (in the last couple years) I pulled it out from hibernation and finished rebuilding the engine.
Hercules DIX6D engine with a 20 KW 4 wire wye wound generator. Injector tips were corroded and leaking. Not available so as with anything old I bought something that did not fit and made them fit. Then I had to fabricate new injector wells (also not available) Engine is now back together and running. Generator is also making electric. Now to rebuild the frame work around the unit and make some sheet metal to close it in. thirty some years and progress.

We were brought a hydraulic drive motor in a box completely disassembled. The bolt fl**ge of the housing had a corner broken off. Welded it back together and machined the mounting surface back to flat. Reassembled the drive motor, time will tell if the repair holds. Dirty cast may or may not stand the test of time.

Removal of abandon inground fore and aft lift. The front traveling cylinder had been previously removed however the pit had been filed with the wrong material. We removed the 304 material and fill pit with #8 gravel (self compacting premium fill) the 304 would have settled under the concrete and left the concrete unsupported and venerable to fail. We removed the rear hydraulic cylinder and filled the area to sub grade. Drilled all existing concrete and installed dowel pins. Poured both areas with 6.5 sac limestone ready mix concrete and finish to match existing floor.
