Thank You, City of Lathrop Police Department! 🌟

I want to take a moment to thank the City of Lathrop Police Department for their professionalism and understanding during a recent situation. Times are tough for so many of us right now, and honestly

,Bidenomics has hit my friend hard, leaving him struggling to keep up with bills. Unfortunately, he fell behind on a car payment, and things took a wild turn when I was sitting in his car and a repo tow truck picked it up—with me still inside! 😳. Thankfully, the tow truck driver was understanding and dropped the car, but it was the Lathrop Police who showed up and handled the situation with such care and professionalism. They were calm, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved peacefully.
This whole experience has been a reminder of how challenging things are for so many people right now, and I’m stepping up to help my friend get back on track. But I also want to give a huge shoutout to the Lathrop PD for being so legit and doing their job with integrity. 🙌

Thank you for keeping our community safe and for showing compassion. when it’s needed most. You guys are the real MVPs! 💙

Nobody is perfect & tons of people have done things in past that landed some in jail or prison . The thing is everybody knows that violence anything more than drunken fist fight or heated altercation understands that they were foolish.
When violence & crime becomes something to worry about ,like it is now.

Just look at murders & robberies in Oakland ,Stockton & Manteca the violence no longer is criminal on criminal violence . It has now become innocent woman ,kids,men walking down the street in daytime .

As rational human beings we need to realize guns are here forever PERIOD thats the facts.

Please people gun is a mechanical tool just like a framers or carpenter uses everyday , and yes occasinionaly one of those men might shoot himself in foot in a rush or accident but understand the tool and u can avoid accidents.

ITS TIME TO ACCEPT THE FACT THE CRIME IS NOW COMMITTED WITH VIOLENCE AND IF YOU REALLY TAKE TIME TO UNDERSTAND HOW ANY TOOL WORKS YOU CAN REST ASSURED IF YOU RESPECT IT AND USE IT WHEN YOU NEED IT YOU WILL APPRECIATE THE JOB IT DOES!

It has come to our groups attention that early Monday morning March 20th a citizen who lives in Manteca was assaulted by a individual who invaded his home with a gun .
The homeowners was assaulted by the perpetrator after his home was invades by the gun wielding criminal.
Manteca Police Dept arrived on scene as all this was occuring.
MPD charged this criminal with assault and having in possession a Co2 pistol.
The criminal was not charged with home invasion .
Mpd actually arrived while homeowner was fighting this gun wielding felon.

Has Manteca Police Dept failed this citizens of Manteca .
Clearly we need answers after the homeowner provided us with CCTV Security footage.

See Clement v. City of Glendale, 518 F.3d 1090, 1093 (9th Cir. 2008).

In regards to the situation last week in which the homeowner had his vehicle towed after a situation occured at his residence it appears his civil rights were violated and the fact was retribution from the MPD officers.

Due process generally requires the government to provide a car owner with notice before taking his or her car. See Clement v. City of Glendale, 518 F.3d 1090, 1093 (9th Cir. 2008).

The homeowner working nights provided security camera footage to Manteca Police Dept . that clearly shows what happened and with zero doubt shows him to be the victim .

MPD clearly violated his civil rights regarding the actions MPD officers chose to take believing he was guilty .

No presumptive notice was given and the act was form of retribution after the MPD officers were manipulated into believing the home owner was the perpetrator in reality he was victimized in more than one way but clearly his right to due process in regards to his property being taken with zero presumptive notice.

The homeowners property is covered by numerous commercial grade security cameras and everything is on local and cloud storage.

My question is will MPD allow homeowner to be a innocent victim ?

We became aware of a situation involving homeowner whose alarm was set off by ex gf who does not live there.

The homeowner was told he would be arrested for DV while at work ,meanwhile the alarm on house is blaring.

The officer then had his car towed in front of his house in a attempt to make the victim who is home owner go to MPD to get $255 release.

Homeowner provided video next day which shows ex gf hitting herself and saying " your going to jail now mf "then she grinded her arm on concrete"

Obviously the officer made a mistake and Xfinity alarm blaring in background should of been a sign that she couldn't turn it off"

The obvious issue is the homeowner is now victim with a valuable car in impound even though all fees are paid , MPD didn't tag the vehicle with any notice.

Will Manteca Police Department do the right thing and remove the $255 release fee and possibly admit they were in the wrong.

The security camera footage says everything needed to say or does this matter have to be brought to civil litigation!

The vehicle a SULEV vehicle is covered under warranty in California and was awaiting a opening from manufacturers
To repair the vehicle for free.

Now the fees are $1700 and climbing .
Not saying the MPD Officers did anything wrong regarding the investigation and telling him he was going to be arrested .
The homeowner was operating a crane and having to deal with this 100 miles away.

The issue is the malice in regards to the car being towed , the officers know he has been at same address for 10 yrs + and they could easily found him and arrested him if he was guilty .

If any retired ,or current l.e. officers could chime in and give insight on possibility of the MPD removing the fees and doing what's right or is the homeowner just a victim of a situation which will cost a lot of money for something that should not of happened.

Not saying the officers were in the wrong because they were manipulated but the Xfinity alarm blaring should of been a sign that the woman was a intruder .

The house has multiple security cameras and officers should of checked the woman's story by asking the homeowner if he was in the vicinity in past hour which he could of easily provided camera footage of him leaving from for work and it would of also showed the women hitting herself prior to hitting panic alarm 6x and stating " your goil to jail now mf"

This is a frustrating incident for l.e. officers , I am not saying they did anything wrong intially but towing the car
Without notice was a bit malicious and now homeowner will probably lose a $10k investment which is unfortunate!

Yesterday my friend had a issue while out of town .I had to deal with it & 2 Manteca Police Officers showed up who I have to give credit when it's due .
I believe they were Manteca Police Officer Martinez & Officer Henn( please forgive me if I spelled it wrong).
These 2 Manteca Police Officers appear to be cut from the cloth that it takes to be a legit officer.
I can't elaborate on the situation much but I'm excellent judge of character & I can say these 2 officers mid 20s early 30s have the demeanor and courage it takes.
Real professional & there public relations as far as interactions couldn't been better.
I apologize if I butchered the news but I tried !!!
