Applications are available online or you can pick up a printed form at the Richland County Regional Planning Commission office, weekdays 8a-4:30p. We'll also be set up at the North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC) Farmers Market today so you can pick up forms there and find out the latest.

Just an FYI folks from Richland Outreach Center. Want to attend this event monthly, but don't feel like walking? Richland County Transit has great news for you! Our RT 7 bus, the Wayne St goes by this location.
