I had never used a shipper for a horse before and she made me feel very comfortable and didn't mind me giving her extra instructions about the crazy West Virginia road she was going to have to navigate at the pick up site. This was awesome! Being the first time I've ever transported anything large, especially an animal, I was a little nervous about the process. She was absolutely amazing! Super flexible as well. My horse is like my child and she transported her with care. Her equipment was in amazing shape and Sintel looked super happy and comfortable after the long drive. I would recommend her to anyone looking to ship, whether it be 100 or 1000 miles! Always in touch, super patient, and super kind. Thank you

Good communication..my filly was well taken care of and arrived safeand sound and she was not in the least bit stressed. Vicki was great to work with. The horses were in great shape when they arrived, deeply bedded in the trailer and comfortable. Thank you angel, your boys were just lil rusty is all, they were fine after they got going. No worries, taken lil extra time is no big deal. Good Experience is better than a Bad one... funny how he didnt want to get out of trailer after we got to his new home.. wow took longer to unload than load.. :)

Some delay in shipment during transit due to factors mostly beyond shipper's control. Overall happy with safe and smooth delivery of my horse who hadn't been in a trailer for five years. Vicki was easy-going and obviously interacts well with the horses. Communication was adequate and PJ arrived in great shape despite the longer than expected travel time. And she amazingly fit through the smallest one-lane bridge I ever saw so she is obviously comfortable in her rig! Response from rodeogirl65:

Vicki was amazing. Little girl was being stubborn and took 2 hrs to load but Vicki remained calm and professional and got her loaded. Always stayed in contact during shipping and even after she called to see how little girl was doing.
