Position: Human Resources Staff
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and dedicated Human Resources Staff to join our Manila team. The ideal candidate is a university graduate with a solid understanding of HR practices, impeccable integrity, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in supporting our most valuable asset – our people.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews.
· Manage and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
· Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
· Provide administrative support for performance management, attendance, and benefits administration.
· Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and HR initiatives.
· Serve as a trustworthy point of contact for employee inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.
· Strong sense of confidentiality, loyalty, and reliability is non-negotiable.
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of basic Mandarin or Filipino is an advantage but not required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric individual.
We Offer a Rewarding Package:
· Monthly Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 60,000 (commensurate with experience)
· Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
