【Ingredients (for 2 persons)】⁠
■30g malony⁠
■1/2 clove garlic⁠
■1/3 white onion⁠
■5 shiitake mushrooms (raw)⁠
■4/5 shimeji mushrooms⁠
■1/2 maitake mushroom⁠
■100cc fresh cream⁠
■1/3 teaspoon salt⁠
■A pinch of Italian parsley⁠
■Black pepper, to taste⁠
■Lemon juice to taste⁠
⁠
【How to cook】⁠
1) Boil the dried malony, rinse and drain. ⁠
2) Finely chop the garlic and coarsely chop the white onions.⁠
3) Cut off the stem of the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.⁠
4) Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat and fry until dark brown. Add white onions and fry. ⁠
5) Add 3 to 4 and saute. Add fresh cream and salt to taste after adding the malony.⁠
6) Place in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.⁠
