⚠️ Operators flying into the Washington area should be aware that Runway 1C/19C at Washington Dulles (IAD) is closed through November 22, 2026 for an LED lighting upgrade and new taxiway construction.

🚧 While that work is underway, IAD will be operating with fewer runways, which will cause delays and slower traffic flow during busy periods. Expect peak-hour delays, mile-in-trail or minute-in-trail restrictions, and the potential for **GROUND STOPS** and **GROUND DELAY PROGRAMS**. ⏱️🛑
