Gorgeous views and happy texts this morning from my clients who checked in very late t(or should I say very EARLY this morning) to their Universal Orlando Resort.

Universal has a policy that if you don't check in before midnight they will CANCEL your room reservation!

When I found out my clients had a 10pm flight I called Universal to make sure they knew, and that it was noted in their file. I made sure they knew why, and gave the team member specific flight information, making sure they had specifics. I probably shared too much , but I didn't care. My clients come first.

I had the clients call again prior to leaving, just to make sure.

Check in was a BREEZE and they were upgraded to a family suite with stunning views for the entire trip!

My day has been made, but more importantly , their trip started off on an high note for them.

So excited for my clients checking in TODAY to Pop Century’s Newly Refreshed Rooms !

Disney’s Pop Century Resort has refreshed guest rooms with new flooring, patterned accents, redesigned chairs, and a Mickey pop-art curtain. The familiar setup remains: one standard bed plus a space-saving Murphy bed, along with the usual beverage cooler, coffeemaker, and Hey Disney! assistant.

Disney Cruise Line Opens a Major 2027–2028 Booking Window Soon

Disney Cruise Line has released its Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 schedule, including the Disney Wish’s return to New York, more San Juan departures, two Panama Canal sailings, and the Disney Destiny’s first Port Canaveral season.

Early booking begins TOMORROW , August 31 for eligible Castaway Club members, followed by general booking on September 8.

🚢 Royal Caribbean neighborhood balconies fit very different family styles!

Royal Caribbean’s inward-facing neighborhood balconies can cost less than ocean-view rooms, but the experience changes by location: Central Park is generally quietest, Boardwalk offers activity and possible AquaTheater views, and Surfside puts families with younger children close to kid-focused fun. These cabins are limited to Icon- and Oasis-class ships, and some Icon-class options use an infinite-balcony design rather than a traditional outdoor platform.
