🎉 We are excited to welcome Samantha Sabatiel to Ridgewood Moving Services as our Summer 2026 Intern!

A proud 2025 graduate of Ridgewood High School, Samantha recently completed her first year at Bucknell University, where she is pursuing a degree in Management and Organizations.

Samantha is eager to gain hands-on business experience and learn more about the day-to-day operations that keep a moving and storage company running successfully. Throughout the summer, she will have the opportunity to gain exposure to customer service, move coordination, logistics, scheduling, operations management, and the planning that goes into delivering a seamless moving experience for our clients. She is particularly interested in developing her skills in management, problem-solving, and organizational strategy while learning how a family-owned business creates value for both its customers and employees.

Outside of work and academics, Samantha enjoys expressing her creativity, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of her summers at the Jersey Shore.

We are thrilled to have Samantha on our team and look forward to supporting her professional growth while giving her a behind-the-scenes look at the moving and storage industry.

🏡 Franklin Lakes Move

After selling their beautiful Franklin Lakes home, this family was ready for their next chapter, but their new home wasn't quite ready yet. RMS stepped in to handle every detail. Over 4 days, we carefully packed valuable artwork and antique furniture, disassembled furniture for safe transport, and helped with the transition into a temporary rental. We then reassembled furniture, unpacked belongings, mounted artwork and TVs, and made sure they felt right at home.

Moving from a large home to a smaller temporary space meant not everything could come along right away. After all, it's hard to part with favorite outfits, treasured sports trophies, and furniture you've collected over the years! 👗🏆 We made sure they had everything they needed in their temporary rental while safely storing the rest in our 15,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled storage facility in Mahwah, NJ until their new home was ready.
