Marine Construction Laborer / Dock Installer
BDS is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our crew working on the Jenny Wiley State Park marina project.

Please note this is a temporary position until the job is completed. Other opportunities are coming as well

💰 Starting Pay: $40/hour
📍 Job Site: Approximately 4.5 hours from Canton
📅 Typical Schedule: Work approximately 10 days on site, followed by 4–5 days home

Work includes:
• Floating dock assembly and installation
• Paver installation
• Material handling and staging
• Working from docks, barges, and boats
• Hand and power tools
• General marine construction

We're looking for someone who is:
• Dependable and ready to work
• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable working outdoors and around water
• Capable of physical construction work
• Safety-minded and a team player

Construction or marine experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, earn good money, learn marine construction, and become part of a solid crew.
