Most movers won't show you how they actually pack a small move. We will.

Small moves still get the full treatment: blankets, shrink wrap, and a plan before anything goes on the truck. Size doesn't change how much we care about what we're carrying.

That's not extra effort. That's just how we move.

LOCAL MOVES are priced by time. Crew size × hours × truck fee. Faster move, smaller bill. That's why we hustle, and why it helps when you're packed before we arrive.

LONG DISTANCE is priced by weight and distance. This is why we'll tell you to get rid of that 400 pound entertainment center you haven't touched since 2019. It costs real money to move across a state line.

Either way, get the number in writing before anybody touches a box.

2. Gasoline, kerosene, lighter fluid
3. Paint, paint thinner, aerosols
4. Ammunition and fireworks
5. Pool chemicals and bleach
6. Fertilizer and pesticides
7. Perishable food and open liquids
8. Car batteries
9. Scuba tanks and any pressurized cylinder
10. Anything living — plants, fish, and yes, Gerald the bear was an exception

This isn't us being difficult. It's federal transport regulation, and it's the difference between a moving day and a fire.
