Grasse River B Ranch At our Ranch, we strive to keep things simple by focusing on the natural way of doing things. We believe our animals are happier and healthier left on grass.

We believe in small family farms that focus on quality not quantity . Some of the things most We raise Saanen goats that produce rich, creamy milk that goes into making our aged semi-hard cheese and pasteurized spreadable & feta. We also take cows milk from a neighbor and produce the same cheeses, just in cow! Our cheeses taste great in crumbled in salads, on crackers or in your favorite dish.

General information

You can visit our ranch, try our cheeses and purchase. We also go to the Canton Farmers Market on Fridays between 9am - 1pm and the Potsdam Farmers Market on Saturday, same times. You can purchase our cheeses at the Nature Storehouse in Canton, just ask Rainbow! If you are not local, visit our friends website www.8oclockranch.com and have it shipped to you!
