I’m so tired of hearing how drivers are not paid enough. I see this more and more these days. You’re supposed to be a professional and take pride in your job. Before you say I’m getting what I pay for I have a 70 yr old driver that runs circles around the new school breed. He made 70 grand last year with benefits and home most weekends all while running Elogs. He would of never left this got another driver, blow outs happen and I’m prepared to fix it. So if this is not enough to get drivers to do the job what is?
