This is when working with a travel agent matters!

Recently, a young client was returning home from visiting missionaries in Micronesia when a flight delay caused her to miss her connection. Traveling solo halfway around the world is stressful enough, and understandably, her family was concerned.

While the traveler was dealing with a missed connection in Houston, I was working behind the scenes with my flight support team to find the best solution. Before long, a new direct flight was secured for the next day, along with a hotel room, meal voucher, and transportation instructions so she could safely settle in for the night.

Travel doesn't always go according to plan. Delays and missed connections happen. The difference is having someone in your corner when they do.
