A note about gratuity...

This is one of the questions we're asked most often:
"Is gratuity included?"

And lately, we've realized there's another question behind it:
"If it isn't... how much am I supposed to tip?"

At MOD, gratuity is not included in our fares or automatically added to your reservation. We believe tipping should be your choice and should reflect the level of service you receive.

For anyone who simply wants a point of reference, 15-20% is a common guideline for private car and chauffeur service.
