So this project got the full treatment. This unit started life as a Lionel Lehigh Valley and Hudson and got changed to a Lehigh Valley Yellow Jacket. I also did an exorcism removing the orange box demons and replacing them with a MTH PS3 upgrade with new smoke unit. Really like how this one turned out.

C420 update

Well she has been disassembled, stripped and first coats of paint 😳 have I told you I don’t like modern orange box stuff? Someone in their ultimate wisdom thought applying double sided foam tape was a good idea between the frame and the shell. This makes it a real challenge to separate without damaging something. Also on further inspection this seems to be another victim of over filling the smoke unit everything on the inside is covered so not only is this old girl getting a cosmetic make over she will be receiving an exorcism and a upgrade to PS3. Stay tuned
