📢 DRIVERS WANTED

We are seeking retiree drivers for part-time, on-call, on-demand deliveries from Lynchburg, VA to locations in-state & nationwide. Company vehicles provided (cars, cargo vans, 16ft cube vans & 26ft box trucks). No CDL required. Excellent opportunity for retirees or those on fixed income looking for supplemental income.

Requirements:

Applicants MUST reside within 15-mile radius of Lynchburg City to apply.

Applicants must have their own dedicated transportation to and from our office facilities.

Must be able to drive day or night and inclement weather conditions.

Must have flexibility for on-call, on-demand shipment schedules

A smartphone with nation wide data plan required.

Fundamentals of programming GPS routes

Applicants MUST have a minimum +2 MVR or better from V-DOT to apply.

Criminal BGC and 10 Panel Drug screen required.

Pay: $250.00 - $450.00 per week (.70 / .80 per loaded mile or $16-25 per hour OTR).

Courier service is looking for motivated drivers for AM & PM and occasional 3rd shift (graveyard) deliveries. Pick-up and delivery locations vary from within Lynchburg City, Bedford, Roanoke, Lexington, Farmville & Gretna. Courier's wages are based per drop and pickup location.

Requirements:

Applicants MUST reside with-in Lynchburg City limits of 24501, 24502, 24503 and 24551 zip code only to apply.
Applicants must have their own dedicated transportation to and from our office facilities.
Must be willing to drive in inclement weather or adverse driving conditions.
Must be able to drive at night.
An active cell phone with major nationwide service and personal GPS device is required.
Applicants MUST have a minimum +3 DMV rating to apply; a current copy of your DMV record is required to apply. Your DMV driving record must be from Virginia (V-DOT) and dated no earlier than Dec 15th, 2019.
A waiver for criminal background check will be required as well as a 10-panel drug test.

Courier responsibilities:

Pick-up from company's shippers and deliver to assigned consignees.
Fill out appropriate paper work and obtain signatures at pickup & delivery points.
Continuously maintain cellular contact while on the scheduled night shifts.
Maintain a great work composure and have positive attitude with our shipping customers!
