Did you know MCI Specialized will hire brand-new CDL drivers?

Even better — for the right candidates, we’ll send you to a fast-track 5-day CDL program in West Virginia, completely covered by MCI.

But here’s the catch: we are NOT a beginner driving school.

We’re looking for people who already know their way around trucks and heavy equipment. You should already have:

✔️ Knowledge of gear shifting / manual transmissions
✔️ Experience operating heavy equipment or machinery
✔️ Knowledge of proper machinery securement
✔️ Mechanical common sense and confidence around equipment
✔️ A strong work ethic and a serious interest in heavy haul

We don’t teach you how to be a truck driver from scratch. We help the right people get ROAD LEGAL.

If you grew up around equipment, have spent years operating machinery, or already have the hands-on knowledge but never went and got your CDL — this opportunity was made for you.

MCI will help get you licensed and give you the opportunity to build a real career in heavy haul.

We have TWO stepdeck trailers open and ready to roll for motivated drivers who want the opportunity to get into heavy haul and grow with MCI.

You do not need stepdeck experience, but you must have open-deck experience — flatbed experience at minimum.

Requirements & Benefits:

* 2+ years CDL driving experience
* Flatbed/open-deck experience required
* Must be willing to run OTR
* Commission-based pay
