Sunday we said goodbye to Indiana and traveled to Kentucky to tour Mill Ridge Farm where Kentucky Derby hopefuls are bred and raised. We got to feed the mamas and pet the babies and our guide was fantastic!!!

Saturday a step-on guide gave us tour of the homesteads and farms of the Amish in or near Shipshewana, IN. We got to observe a leather craftsman, jam and jelly maker, and a rug weaver. We ate an Amish Haystack lunch in an actual Amish home too!
