As we celebrate National Senior Move Manager Week, we're reminded that every move marks a new chapter, and we're honored to be part of the journey from the very beginning.

This week, we'd like to share the inspiring story of Lois, a client who relocated from Indiana to Louisville in 2024 to be close to her loved ones. After living in her home for over 50 years, Lois faced the daunting task of settling into a one-bedroom apartment, made even more emotional by the recent loss of her husband, with whom she had collected seashells. We worked with Lois to identify her most cherished shells, transforming them into meaningful pictures, a necklace, and a trinket box for her new home.

The shells that remained were donated to a local daycare, where they would bring joy and creativity to preschoolers.

This experience shows that it's not just about letting go of possessions, but about finding new purpose and meaning in the things that matter most.🐚
