Congratulations to the newest graduates of Block by Block’s Leadership Development Program!

The program helps employees build their skills, grow as leaders, and prepare for new opportunities within the company.

Groundbreakers are Ambassadors and Team Leaders who are ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities, while the Navigators program helps Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Project Managers strengthen their skills in coaching, decision-making, and leading their teams.

We’re proud of all our graduates and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!

Ambassadors on Parade…

Waikiki and Downtown Honolulu Ambassadors recently took part in the 78th Annual Aloha Festivals Floral Parade!

The annual event celebrates the beauty and spirit of Hawaii, and we’re proud our Ambassadors had the opportunity to participate. During the parade, they showed off some of the equipment they use every day to help keep their communities clean and welcoming, including the Tenax street sweeper and a truck equipped with power washing equipment.

We loved seeing our Ambassadors join the celebration and represent the work they do every day to make their communities more vibrant!

Teamwork makes a difference in Downtown Austin!

Our Ambassadors and Civicity's dispatch team work together to identify concerns, coordinate responses, and address issues before they become bigger problems.

With Ambassadors serving as eyes and ears on the ground and dispatch providing real-time support, we're able to respond quickly and help create a safer, more welcoming downtown for everyone.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest Ambassador Program in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado!

A team of four Ambassadors is now on the ground four days a week, helping keep the historic district clean, safe, and welcoming. They are responsible for keeping sidewalks and public spaces clean, trash removal, removing graffiti, and reporting safety concerns. They’ll also conduct outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness and help connect them with local resources and support services.

We look forward to seeing the positive impact our Ambassadors will have on Olde Town Arvada and residents, visitors, and business owners in the community.

Every day, Downtown Providence Ambassadors are out and about helping make the city cleaner, safer, and more inviting for residents, visitors, and business owners.

Here’s a look at what they accomplished during the month of September:

▪Removed 160 Graffiti tags
▪Removed 7500 lbs. of trash
▪Provided 813 hospitality assists
▪Conducted 646 safety patrols
▪Made 57 health and wellness checks
▪Assisted 99 motorists
▪Completed 44 hours of power washing

We’re grateful for the hard work of the Downtown Providence Ambassadors and their continued commitment to keeping the city clean, welcoming, and vibrant for everyone who lives, works, and visits there.

The Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Outreach Team is out downtown every day, year-round, connecting with people and offering support — making more than 145,000 outreach contacts this year alone. William and Shanna are two examples of the impact those connections can have. Tennessean
