With the limited items the dump can recycle, we have contracted with Greenwaste for recycling and organic waste collection! Diverting even more from our landfills!!!

Please note the following if you are seeking garbage service in unincorporated Santa Cruz county. Greenwaste has expanded and might be able to service your address.

Residents are supposed to contact GreenWaste first. If the resident’s house is on a private road and GreenWaste refuses to access the private road, then Summit can offer them service. If the house is on a County Maintained Road (public road), then the customer either has to go with GreenWaste or Self-Haul (i.e. Summit is not an option)
