AND Y’ALL WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE SCARED TO BOOK WITH TRAVEL AGENTS. 😩✈️

Chileeee… between 70 women having their trip end early in France and another woman being accused of presenting herself as a travel agent, taking over $10K for travel accommodations and allegedly never booking them… I GET IT. 😳

As a travel advisor, I’m actually going to tell you something:

VET US. 👏🏾

Before you give ANYBODY thousands of dollars for a vacation:

1️⃣ Verify who they are. Ask what agency or host agency they’re affiliated with, or if they’re independently accredited. Then go verify it yourself.

2️⃣ Ask for references. Reviews are great, but if you need more reassurance, ask, “Can I speak to someone who has actually traveled with you?” Don’t be scared to ask questions when it’s YOUR money.

And yes, legitimate travel advisors may charge consultation or planning fees. You’re paying for our time, experience, knowledge, connections with suppliers and local vendors, and the relationships we’ve built with sales teams to help create an experience beyond just clicking “BOOK” on a website.

That’s the difference.

I understand why stories like these make people nervous. That’s why transparency matters to me. You should know who you’re booking with, what you’re paying for, what’s included and who to contact when you need help.

So yes… even if you’re thinking about booking with ME:
