Question 1 of my new FAQ series: What's a project that stood out?

For me, it was the Custom Desk Project. It wasn't just about the ink on the paper; it was about the logistics of finding the right hands to build it.

Finding a millworker who understood the vision was a challenge, but the result? Total perfection. It reminded me why I love what I do. it's about the collaboration between design and trade.

We’ve been conditioned to think that being "busy" means we’re winning.

But honestly? Constant business is just burnout in a fancy suit.

Stop wearing "busy" as a badge of honor. Let’s get you supported instead.

Stop rebuilding.
Start supporting.

Optimization feels productive.
But if everything still runs through you, nothing scales.

Real growth happens when you build support around your systems.

Support over optimization.
