Some weddings change you, and this was one of them 🤍

In February, I had the absolute honor of working with to help plan Brenda & Tony’s wedding. For those who may not know, this incredible nonprofit organization grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal illness or life-altering health circumstances… and being part of that mission is something I will never take for granted.

This one hit especially close to home. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, my own wedding became something deeply meaningful for our family - a moment of love, joy, and togetherness in the middle of uncertainty. So to help create that same kind of moment for another family… it meant everything.

Brenda & Tony’s story is one of love, resilience, and music. They met as teens in LA, bonded over their shared love of music, and even started a band together. Over time, friendship turned into something more, and after welcoming their son, they got engaged, ready to start their next chapter.

But life had other plans. During what should have been an exciting season of wedding planning, Tony began experiencing severe headaches. He was later diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

That’s when Wish Upon a Wedding stepped in - to bring light, love, and a moment of celebration in the middle of something incredibly heavy.

Brenda & Tony: you are one of the strongest, most inspiring couples I’ve ever met. It was truly an honor to stand alongside you and help bring your wedding day to life.

And to the VENDOR DREAM TEAM—there are no words big enough for the gratitude I feel. Every single person showed up with so much heart, generosity, and care. This day was only possible because of you, your donations & services, and your kindness 🤍

My first time ever experiencing EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival and I totally get the hype now 🌸🌿

The topiaries are absolutely stunning (seriously, the artistry and detail are incredible), there’s SO much to explore throughout World Showcase and Future World, and the FOOD? Next level. Every booth felt like a new little adventure and honestly, I don’t think I had a single thing I didn’t love 😂🍓🌮🌼

We spent the day just wandering, snacking, taking in all the flowers and topiaries, and soaking up the atmosphere - and it truly felt like one of the most beautiful and relaxing Disney festival experiences I’ve had. I can already tell this is going to become one of my favorite times of year at EPCOT 💐

Today marks one year since my mom passed away after her long battle with cancer.

As many of you know, she is a huge part of why I started this business in the first place. When she was first diagnosed, she told me the two things she wanted most were to attend my wedding and go on one big family trip together. Watching the hope those experiences gave her changed something in me forever. I saw firsthand how powerful celebration, travel, togetherness, and meaningful moments can be, especially during the hardest seasons of life.

I got married a year after her diagnosis. And one week after that big family trip together, she passed away.

My mom spent her entire life putting other people first. She was the kind of mom who did everything for her kids - a stay-at-home mom for years, the PTA mom, the holiday magic-maker, the one who always showed up. She loved adventures and dreamed of traveling more, but like so many people, she kept saying:

“I’ll do it later.”
“I’ll do it when things calm down.”
“I’ll do it when I retire.”

And then life had other plans.

That experience fundamentally shaped not only who I am as a person, but the heart behind this business. It’s why I care so deeply about helping people celebrate now. Take the trip now. Gather your family now. Have the wedding you dream about now. Stop waiting for the “perfect” time to live your life.

Because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Fantastical Adventures exists because my mom showed me how important joy, memories, and togetherness truly are. Her love for family and creating magic lives in everything I do.

I miss you every day, Mom. Thank you for inspiring this life, this business, and the way I choose to love people. 🤍

🌙 Checking into a new Universal favorite… 🌙

We stayed at Universal Terra Luna Resort during our FAM, and it was SUCH a great experience!

As one of the newest hotels at Universal Orlando Resort, everything felt fresh, modern, and super clean, from the rooms to the overall vibe. And let me tell you… the rooms are BEAUTIFUL 😍

One of the biggest perks? The convenience. The shuttle access to all four parks makes getting around so easy, whether you’re rope-dropping or heading back after a long park day.

And honestly, for everything you’re getting, the price point is 👏 so 👏 good 👏 - making this an amazing option for families (especially first-timers!) who want to experience Universal without breaking the bank.

If you’re planning your first trip to Universal Orlando, definitely keep Terra Luna on your radar. It’s the perfect mix of value, comfort, and convenience.

Don’t mind me… just reminiscing about some of my weddings around this time last year 🥹

Late winter and spring weddings have such a special kind of magic - everything feels fresh, full of life, and full of possibility. The colors, the energy, the emotions… it’s truly unmatched.

Looking back at these moments reminds me why I love what I do:
✨ The deep breaths before walking down the aisle
✨ The quiet, meaningful glances between couples
✨ The absolute JOY on the dance floor by the end of the night

Every wedding tells a completely different story, and getting to help bring those stories to life will never stop feeling surreal.

Forever grateful for the couples who trust me with such an important chapter of their lives 💫

Two years ago, I took a leap that absolutely terrified me.

I was excited… but also overwhelmed, doubting myself, and wondering if I was really capable of building something of my own. The imposter syndrome was LOUD.

And now, two years later… wow. 🤯

This little idea has grown into something so much bigger and more beautiful than I ever imagined. I’ve grown as a business owner, a creative, and a person, and I get to wake up every day doing something I genuinely love. Helping people plan incredible experiences, celebrate their love stories, and embrace their fandoms? That’s the dream.

To every single person who has supported me - whether you’ve booked, referred, liked, shared, hyped me up, or just believed in me - thank you. Truly. I wouldn’t be here without you. 💛

Volcano Bay, you’ve done it again 🌋💧

I first visited Universal’s Volcano Bay in 2024 on my LAST Universal FAM and could NOT stop raving about it… and coming back this time? Still just as obsessed.

As someone who doesn’t usually gravitate toward water rides, I was honestly surprised by how much there is to do here for every type of traveler.

Want to relax? Float your worries away in the lazy river.
Want thrills? There are PLENTY of epic slides to choose from.
Want something unique? They even have a full-on water coaster 🤯

And me? I was perfectly happy spending most of the day rotating between the lazy river, the wave pool, and the “high-intensity” lazy river (the TeAwa Fearless River). I had an absolute blast.

Also… can we talk about the FOOD?! For a water park, the options were surprisingly diverse and actually really good 👏

If you’re heading to Universal Orlando Resort, don’t skip Volcano Bay. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or just here to vibe, it’s 100% worth adding to your itinerary.

I wouldn’t be a true nerd if I didn’t at least briefly make my way to the this year ⚔️

We lucked out and went during RenCon, aka the BEST kind of chaos, where cosplay isn’t limited to just Renaissance vibes. So of course, I had to whip out my Scarlet Witch 🖤❤️

Between browsing all the shoppes, catching some incredible shows, and just soaking in everyone’s wildly creative costumes, it was everything I love about this community. And this year, I even ran into some of my clients at the Faire, which made it extra special 🥹

There’s just something magical about a place where fandom, nerdiness, and geek culture all collide and I love how everyone is fully here for it.

Already counting down to next year 🔥

Disney Channel Nite was an absolute VIBE 📺💫

As a full-on Disney Channel kid, this night hit ALL the nostalgia in the best way—iconic music, throwback entertainment, and those little details that just get you if you grew up in that era. From the unique photo ops to the themed snacks and drinks (I absolutely indulged 😌), it felt like stepping straight into my childhood.

And can we talk about the outfits?! Everyone showed UP 🔥 The creativity, the deep cuts, the commitment—I was living for it. I grabbed a ticket last-minute so I didn’t have time to put together a proper costume or bound, but it honestly made it even more fun just soaking in everyone else’s looks.

10/10 would scream-sing Disney Channel theme songs in a crowd again 💃
