Also, electricity prices vary by locality based on the availability of power plants and fuels, local fuel costs, and pricing regulations.
US Power Prices have been rising over the past 41 Years. As inflation endures, the price of electricity has risen 15.8% since 1981, and the total energy index has slipped 5% from July, led by gasoline bills.
