Are you an experienced Millwright or mechanically inclined and looking to build your career with a great team?

We’re looking for Millwrights to join our maintenance team and help keep our mills and production equipment running safely and efficiently.

**What we’re looking for:**

• Mechanical and industrial maintenance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Strong commitment to safety
• Dependable, hardworking team player
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

📍Location: Longview, WA
🕣 Ability to work all shifts
💵 Wages: $29-$40 per hour DOE
