The Attic Self Storage will be having an Auction for the Contents of 4 Storage Units

Saturday Feb 13th 2016 @ 1:30

Sign up will start at 12 Noon ... YOU MUST Sign UP before 1 PM..to receive a bidding number and be allowed to bid on units.
all Units are 5 x 10

Each Unit is sold Individually "AS IS"

Cash Only .

The Unit will be sold to the Highest Bidder .

A Minimum Bid will be announced at when unit is opened .

you will be allowed to look but not enter.

The first unit will be opened at 1:30 ..until the auctioneer determines that the bidding is over.

The unit will be re-locked until payment is made and all the units are sold .

Immediately after the Auction the Purchasers MUST go to the office and Pay Cash for the Unit they Won...

Our lock will be removed and you must put your own lock on the unit.

The Purchasers will have until Tuesday Feb. 16 2016 at 5 pm to remove the contents or pay rent and deposit until Feb. 29th 2016.

The Auctioneer will not accept bids from anyone who disrupts or interferes with the proceedings .
And that person will not be able to attend any future Auctions....

All unit pricing is prorated even though the units rent from the 1st of each month to the end of each month. If you move in or out during anytime of the month, we will prorate your rent or refund the difference.
