This page provides information about the transit services that operate in and around Lodi. Whether you're trying to reach residencies, community centers, medical facilities, schools, worksites, or major shopping areas, GrapeLine offers

an economical, quick, and easy-to-use citywide transit system. With 5 bus routes in operation, several express routes, a Dial-A-Ride service, and a centrally located Transit Station (located downtown at 24 S. Sacramento Street), you can get around town from almost any starting point. The Lodi Transit system also offers convenient connection/transfer opportunities southbound to Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, and Stockton (via San Joaquin RTD) as well as northbound to Galt, Elk Grove, and Sacramento (via South County Transit LINK).

The GrapeLine normally provides transit services seven days a week, with the following exceptions:

Presidents Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day following Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day

Heads up, GrapeLine riders!

The Central & Tokay (Northbound) bus stop will temporarily close once construction begins. The construction start date has not yet been announced, but we wanted to let everyone know in advance so you can plan ahead.

Traveling throughout San Joaquin County just got easier!

Beginning July 1, riders with an eligible day pass or monthly pass can transfer between participating transit agencies at no additional cost through the Countywide Free Bus Transfer Program.

βœ… Ride between participating transit systems without paying a second fare.
❗ Please note: This program applies only to transfers between participating transit agencies and does not provide free transfers within the same transit system.

You’ve always been able to purchase Fixed Route passes through the Vamos Mobility app, and now Dial-A-Ride passes are available for purchase on the app too!

Please note: passengers must still call 209-333-6806 to schedule Dial-A-Ride trips. The app is for pass purchases only and does not replace the reservation process.

Good news! Construction crews have completed their work and are now allowing bus access within the Walmart Supercenter / Lodi Shopping Center parking lot.

🚌 The bus stop within the shopping center has reopened and is being serviced as normal.

⚠️ Due to ongoing construction within the Walmart Supercenter / Lodi Shopping Center parking lot, all bus stops located within the shopping center are currently inaccessible and cannot be serviced.

🚌 At this time, Transit is unable to serve any stops within the shopping center parking lot.

❓ We do not currently have an estimated date for when service to these stops can resume. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
