Kaco USA is hiring a Facilities Technician — the behind-the-scenes legend who keeps our manufacturing facility running, clean, and safe.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

Sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing — basically making messes disappear

Keeping floors so clean people notice 👀

Riding a scissor lift to battle cobwebs, clean high ceilings, and windows

Cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, offices & conference rooms

Taking out trash and saving the day, one bag at a time

Changing HVAC air filters on the roof (views included 😎).
Must be capable of climbing ladder to the roof

Assembling shelving & tackling small maintenance tasks

Handling minor facility repairs including plumbing and lighting repairs

Running errands with a valid driver’s license

Managing cleaning supplies like a pro

Moving furniture or equipment when needed

Occasional painting to keep things looking sharp 🎨

💪 Skills That Help:

Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning (nice to have, not required)

Basic maintenance skills & strong attention to detail.

Organized, reliable, and good with time management

Friendly communicator who works well with others

A proactive “see it, fix it” attitude

Kaco USA will be open normal operating hours on Monday, February 2nd for everyone who can safely make it to work. Most roadways in and around the plant are clear

PLANT CLOSURE!

Kaco USA will be closed for 3rd shift Tuesday, January 27 and 1st shift Wednesday January 28 due to a water pipe bursting in the sprinkler room. If no further updates we will be fully operational by 2nd shift Wednesday January 28.

WEATHER CLOSURE UPDATE
Kaco USA 2nd and 3rd shift for Monday, January 26th is cancelled due to road conditions.

We will reopen for full production at 8am on Tuesday, January 27th. Any employees who wishes to report at their normal time of 6am is welcome to do so.

We hope everyone stays safe and warm.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 31 WILL BE MANDATORY FOR ALL 3 SHIFTS TO MAKE UP FOR LOST TIME.

We will reassess conditions tomorrow and provide an update regarding 2nd and 3rd shift operations.

Due to Inclement weather Kaco USA will cancel 2nd/3rd Shift for Friday, January 10th. All Saturday work has been cancelled. All employees to report normal schedule Monday, January 13. Hope everyone enjoys the snow and stays safe while traveling.
