The secret is out! This week I am at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba for a corporate incentive trip. An incredible all inclusive adults only resort, the property is brand new, open for less then a year. Baby Beach is a short walk from the resort. It is a natural inlet protected by a reef safe for all even babies!

Aruba is a beautiful island in the southern Caribbean right off the shores of South America. The weather is constant 80s for highs, windy to keep you cool and out of the Caribbean hurricane belt. There are direct flights from the US for easy access.

If you come to Greece, you spend a couple of nights in Athens, but then head to the islands - Santorini, Mykonos, Paros…there are so many great ones. But my absolute favorite is Naxos. Traveled up to Montserrat today as part of a group tour and was blessed to see, learn about, and even touch the Black Madonna. What a powerful experience! Afterwards we did an authentic Spanish wine tasting and eat more tapas in Barcelona. Contact me if you are interested in Spain August 2026.

Barcelona is not disappointing! From Park Guell to the Sagrada Família to the wine and the food, we are loving it. Even saw a Flamenco show. I typically don’t do the touristy hop on hop off bus, but we decided to do it and was super fun and made exploring the city super easy! Tomorrow is wine tasting and Montserrat!!! Want to go to Cabo? The Marquis Los Cabos has spectacular ocean views from every room and every pool. Can’t be more ocean front than this resort. Had a great time on my recent planning visit for an incentive trip in January and bonus was having my sister tag along to enjoy the views with me!
