Plants for Cans year 3 in the books!

From the event we gathered over 1000 pieces of non perishables as well as $1440 for .
Since every $1 they get gives them $8 of buying power from the IL Food Bank our donation buys them $11,520 of food!

We had nearly 200 people come through and got rid of EVERYTHING but a few eggplants that will be donated to St Joes Community Garden.

We were also able to setup a BETTER foundation to grow more and do better next year.

Our best friend of only 6 years has been recently facing some medical issues. After oral surgery, radiation therapy was recommended and we have set a date to start the month long treatment. If it’s in your heart to help anything is appreciated and would mean the world.

Thank you to everyone, he is a strong boy and has the best attitude to beat this with a massive loving family and friend group for support.

Sorry to all the long time clients but cupcake here jumped to the top. Popping some cat grass in the farm as we speak, though I know more than one cat that enjoys our greens. Especially the Tendril Peas.
