Please note a temporary rate increase by the postal service coming soon:

USPS will implement a temporary price change for select domestic shipping services beginning October 4, 2026. These temporary rates will remain in effect through January 17, 2027.
Services Affected

The temporary USPS rate change applies to:

Priority Mail Express (Including Flat Rate)
Priority Mail (Including Flat Rate)
USPS Ground Advantage

USPS rates for these services will increase by approximately 6% on average, although the actual increase will vary based on the service, weight, zone, and rate category.

We are experiencing some problems with our MetroNet phones again. They are sending a technician and hopefully the issue will be resolved in a few hours. In the meantime, we have the phones routed to one of our cell phones. If you don't get an answer right away, please be patient and try again later. Thanks for your patience! Len, Chad, and James

We are having trouble with our MetroNet phone system. Apparently the phone system is not accepting voice messages for some reason. If you call after hours and get no answer, please call us back Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm or 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday. MetroNet says they don't know how to fix the probelm - at least net yet.

If your business has had good experience/service from a company other than MetroNet, who is it? We may have to find a new provider...

We will be closed on Monday, 5/25 for the Memorial Day holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, 5/26 at 9:00am. Tax Time! Once your taxes are done and you are ready to get rid of OLD documents, come to The MailRoom for safe, secure shredding. Bring them in boxes, bring them in bags, bring them in so your spouse won't nag! $0.50/pound with a 10 pound ($5.00) minimum. Monday through Friday 9am until 5:30pm and Saturdays 10am until 2pm. Geez, folks, it doesn’t seem to be getting much better on the roads yet. I 75 is still very very slow. Local news is reporting three hours to drive from Richmond to Lexington. It may be noon before any of us are able to get in today.

Wow, who would have thought we would have an ice delay on St. Patrick’s Day?!? We will be opening at least two hours late today due to very hazardous road conditions. I 75 has several problems right now so everyone just be patient and let the sunshine clear the roads a bit. We will see you all about 11 AM.
