🎉🚛 ANOTHER MOMENTAL DAY FOR ELMS MANAGEMENT! 🚛🎉

I honestly don't even know where to start other than saying...

WOW. JUST WOW. 🥹❤️

We just wrapped up our BIGGEST MONTH EVER at Elms Management!!!

More loads.
More miles.
More deliveries.
More customers trusting us with their freight.
More carriers trusting us to keep their trucks moving.
And SO MANY more reasons to smile! 😁

When I started Elms, I had a vision of building something I could be proud of. But the reality of watching it grow month after month still blows me away.

Every load represents a customer who trusted us.
Every delivery represents a carrier who helped make it happen.
Every phone call, email, late night, early morning, problem solved, and "we've got it covered" moment has added up to this.

And I am SO incredibly thankful. ❤️

Thankful for every customer who gives us the opportunity to earn their business.

Thankful for every carrier who answers the phone when I need them.

Thankful for the people who refer us, recommend us, encourage us, and cheer us on.

Thankful for my friends and family who have supported me through the crazy hours, the late nights, the constant phone in my hand, and all the moments when work has completely consumed me. 😂

And most of all, I'm thankful that I get to wake up every day and do something I genuinely LOVE.

There are still plenty of mountains to climb. Plenty of goals to chase. Plenty of things I want to build.

But today?

Today I'm going to stop for a minute and appreciate this one. 🥳

Our biggest month yet.

I couldn't be more proud of what we're building at Elms Management, and I couldn't be more excited about what's ahead.

Here's to the next load.
The next customer.
The next carrier.
The next milestone.

And hopefully... an even BIGGER month next time! 😉🚛💨

Two years ago today, I took a deep breath, clicked submit, and officially filed for my LLC.

At that point, it had only been an idea in my head for a couple of weeks. I had started doing my homework on what it would take to build a business, but the truth is... I had absolutely no idea how to run one.

What I did have was heart, determination, and the willingness to bet on myself.

I'll never forget those first six months. Every day I questioned whether I had made the biggest mistake of my life. Had I wasted my time? My money? My energy? The fear was constant.

Then everything changed. It was go time.

Since then, this business has become my everything. There have been countless mornings that started at 4:00 a.m. and nights that didn't end until 11:00 p.m. The hours have been long, the challenges have been real, and the work never seems to stop.

To my friends and family—thank you. I know there have been so many moments when you've wished I could put the phone down, close the laptop, and give you my full attention. Instead, you've patiently supported me while I walked around with a screen in front of my face, answering calls and emails whenever they came in.

I'm incredibly grateful for a career that allows me to still be present for so many of life's important moments while chasing this dream. I truly wouldn't trade it for anything.

I love what I do. I love helping my customers, building relationships, solving problems, and continuing to grow Elms Management LLC every single day. I honestly never want this journey to end.

Now... a day off every once in a while wouldn't hurt. 😅 And hopefully one day I'll be in a position to bring on a partner to help carry the load. Until then, I'll keep showing up, keep grinding, and keep being thankful for every opportunity that's come my way.

To everyone who has supported me over the last two years—whether you've trusted me with your business, referred a customer, offered advice, or simply cheered me on—thank you. You have played a part in this journey, and I couldn't have done it without you.

Here's to Year 3. Let's see what we can build next.

700 loads. 🤯

What makes that number even more special? Our very first customer just trusted us to book our 700th load.

It’s hard to put into words what that means to us at Elms Management.

A year and a half ago, this company was just an idea, a vision, and a whole lot of determination. There were long days, late nights, and moments where we were building everything from the ground up — one relationship, one load, one opportunity at a time.

To now look back and see how far we’ve come… it’s honestly overwhelming in the best way.

To our very first customer — thank you for believing in us before we had the track record to prove ourselves. Your trust laid the foundation for everything we’ve built.

To every customer and carrier who has partnered with us along the way — you are the reason this milestone exists. We don’t take a single load, conversation, or opportunity for granted.

700 loads isn’t just a number to us. It represents trust, resilience, growth, and the relationships that make this industry so special.

We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built — and even more excited for what’s ahead.
