WHO WE ARE — THE MAILROOM

There’s something special about building a business in the same community where your family has been building them for generations. The Mailroom is our newest chapter, and this time, we’re building it with the future in mind.

Matt, Jack, and I created The Mailroom together. It’s a family endeavor, shaped by our different strengths, shared ideas, and a genuine desire to create something meaningful for the community we call home.

Our journey began with logistics and delivery through Pop Smoke Logistics and our Amazon operation. Over time, the vision grew into something more. A place where people can find practical services, thoughtful retail, support for small businesses, and most importantly genuine customer service.

The Mailroom is still becoming what we envision. New services will continue to arrive. New vendors will find their place. The shelves will slowly fill. And the space will continue to evolve.

We’re not rushing it.
The dream is still being built.

We hope you’ll be patient with us, and more importantly that you’ll enjoy watching it take shape.

The Mailroom is officially open in downtown Lena!

We’re starting with a growing lineup of services designed to make everyday errands, shipping, returns, business needs, and more a little easier all in one convenient place.

And this is just the beginning.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be dropping new services, expanding our retail selection, and welcoming new vendors to The Mailroom.

We’re building this one step at a time with our community in mind, and we’re excited for you to see what’s coming next.
